REFUND & RETURN POLICY


30-Day Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you have any return-related questions, contact us at anthony@ironboundequipment.com.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before requesting a return.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be returned in the same condition received—unused, with tags, and in original packaging—and must include proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at anthony@ironboundequipment.com.
