Welcome to IronBound Equipment (“IronBound”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). IronBound operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you are using the Services under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for all purchases and account registrations. All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Orders are not accepted until payment is processed and confirmation is sent. Once an order is accepted, cancellation may not be possible. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Products are for personal use only and not for resale.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout. Taxes, shipping, and additional fees may apply. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and agree to pay all charges incurred.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Once an order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Services, including logos, images, text, graphics, and designs, is the property of IronBound Equipment and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

We may provide access to third-party tools or links. These are provided “as is” and we are not responsible for their content, functionality, or practices. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

SECTION 8 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

IronBound Equipment is powered by Shopify, but all purchases are made directly with IronBound. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and IronBound. You release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims arising from your purchases.

SECTION 9 – PRIVACY

Your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in other countries.

SECTION 10 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
