Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.


Domestic Shipping (Canada)

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after shipment.


International Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days after shipment. International shipping times may vary due to customs processing.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to update.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

IronBound is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Delays

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs inspections, or weather conditions.


Lost or Damaged Packages

IronBound is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. IronBound is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
